The FOOTPRINT - Lil' Org.

In case you haven't noticed, I make animation nearly all the time. I'm actually producing and directing a half-hour film for kids called The Footprint, and it's a comedy about a caveman named Org. Cavemen had a very small eco-footprint back in the day. But poor lil' Org somehow ends up in our modern world and kinda goes bananas with all the stuff he suddenly has access to. Hilarity ensues!

I wanted him to be cute, naive and child-like.

The Footprint is a lot of work so I'm working closely with a good friend, the super talented Alexei Kharitidi. He was nominated for an Oscar in 1996 for his film "Gagarin". Much of The Little Earth Charter was animated by Alexei - he's a treasure!

The Footprint is based on a game I made for kids, with my friend @RosieEmery. So far, I'm funding it all by myself...I like to think that children (and grownups) will laugh and discover a little more about their own footprints. Maybe they'll be inspired to live with a little less stuff...
