You Shall NOT Pass.

This was me last week.






I was on my way to deliver a keynote in the USA; to make a few hundred really nice people laugh, smile and hopefully leave them inspired by my drawings and my message.

But I never made it...








Have  you ever wanted something very, very much, and just when it's within your grasp it slips away?

You're allowed to grieve for a bit. And then you move on.

The silver lining: The thing I thought I wanted wasn't the thing I actually wanted. I already have that thing and it's right here inside me.

    We missed you terribly but I think maybe Jasmine was meant to be. She did an awesome job! But I still hope you will try again next year! Maybe we can send Gandalf to escort you!

      Jasmine is my friend and I'm deeply proud of her. As for Gandalf, yes please and ask him to bring that big stick of his.

    Sometimes one gives up too soon, because the road seems too steep, and then that one convinces herself she didn't want it.

    Not saying in this case, but in some.

    Often, there is another road, not explored, not attempted, that will get you where you need to go.
